A while ago Birdseye sold a recipe like this as part of their
fancier Steamfresh line. We both really liked it, so of course
they discontinued it. One day we set ourselves to making a copycat
version and came up with something pretty close to the original.
It has a light buttery sauce with a hint of orange that really was
nice with the beans, carrots, and cranberries. A pleasant but
sadly forgotten recipe that works well with fresh or frozen
vegetables.
