When Carol's mom Rita was invited to a church or family get together, she was often asked to bring this cheese ball as well as one she made with sharp cheese. It was always a big hit when they would have friends over to play bridge. This was everyone's favorite.

Does anyone get together to play cards anymore? Enjoy.
