A simple old recipe to use leftover pork. Any unflavored cooked pork will do for this. This was a recipe from Carol's childhood handed down from her grandparents. It doesn't look or sound too appealing but is really good for a change, and a great way to deal with overcooked pork loin. It's the pork version of ham salad. Just have to try it and see.

Instructions

Just a simple old recipe to use leftover pork. Grind pork first. Then grind a small amount of onion and mix with mayonnaise. Grind and add more onion to taste. Not too much onion, especially if strong-flavored ones are used. Add to bun.
