   This is a simple little thing that we recommend for a change. Bill was at a softball team barbecue hosted by the team manager who they called Tony Cap. He called him over and insisted he try it. It's just a simple charcoal grilled Italian sausage with lemon juice squeezed over it. Carol was a little leery about trying it but was hooked once she tasted one. We've been making them ever since. So just try it - you may be hooked too! we don't know what it is about it, but it really works. 

                   Lemon Grilled Sausage
                            Tony Cap
sweet Italian sausage
lemon wedges
sweet burger bun

Instructions

This is best on a charcoal grill. Use sausage patties or slice one side of links and flatten them. Grill until browned a little and still juicy. Squeeze lemon juice onto the roll.

We prefer Martin's potato buns for this as they have a nice sweetness to balance the lemon juice.
