This is an easy to make sauce that we made to accompany spicy Tex-Mex foods. It's a cooling sauce to put the fire out that has more flavor than just using sour cream. Since it's just mixed quick in whatever amount is needed we don't really have a set recipe. It doesn't store very well.

                  Lime Sour Cream Sauce
                            Bill and Carol
sour cream
lime juice (zest optional)
agave nectar
chili powder
paprika

Instructions

Put as much sour cream in a small bowl as you want to make.

Add lime juice until you can taste both equally.

Add agave nectar to balance the sourness.

Sprinkle a small amount of the paprika and chili powder and stir in. Use just a little to provide a background flavor.
