*registered by Aden but evidence points to F Shaw

Registered in 1978, 'Little Aurora' is from Florence Shaw, and  is 7" in diameter and 4" tall. Schmid said it is a Western cultivar, similar to the form 'Tokudama Ogon Hime' hort., and warned 'Golden Prayers' is often seen labeled 'Little Aurora'. The heart-shaped, deep yellow leaf is rugose and slightly cupped. It has 8-10 pairs of veins and measures 4" x 3". The 12" tall scape is bare and straight. The medium-sized, purple, trumpet-shaped flower blooms midseason and is fertile.
