Mark Zilis registered 'Little White Lines' in 1988. This hosta has small, medium green leaves with a thin, white margin. Measuring 4" x 2" the leaves are ovate-cordate and flat. They have 5-6 pairs of veins. The bare and straight 20" scapes exhibit purple blooms June 24-July 10 in Illinois. Schmid indicated this variety is the result of a cross of 'Sum and Substance' and a venusta hybrid.
