Hosta 'Lakeside Neat Petite' quickly develops into a small, compact neat clump with a profusion of orchid flowers. To see it in flower is to love it. The blue-green mound makes an excellent border plant. It was introduced in 1991. There are large undulations in the leaves and the parentage is venusta x 'Blue Cadet'.
