Hosta 'Lakeside Explosion' received its name because one single crown
exploded into thirteen in the first season it was planted. This small,
spreading green and white variegate with light orchid flowers can fill a
variety of needs in a shade garden. The parentage is unknown. The leaves
are lance-shaped with a rounded base. It was registered in 1993. Submitted by Mary Chastain |
