| 'Fragrant Blue' is one of the bluest hostas and something of a breakthrough in breeding. It combines the fragrance of plantagenia with the blue color of sieboldiana. Paul Aden registered it in 1988 and lists its parentage as two numbered seedlings. It is a medium size plant, largely without problems and highly fertile. |
