| 'Fascination' is perhaps Florence Shaw's best and most enduring streaked hosta.. It is 18x15" with 18" flower scapes holding lavender flowers. A plant of 8 to 10 years has fairly rugose leaves and is amazingly dense. The leaves are streaked with white on a chartreuse background, and if grown in some sun, there are interesting yellow colors in the overlapped areas. Very fertile, giving lots of streaked seedlings The parentage is lost as with most Aden registrations of her plants, but is likely descended from 'Beatrice' and 'Bengee'. |
