| 'Emeralds and Rubies' came from Dishon in 1994. It is 12 x6" with a 20" flower scape which has medium lavender flowers with purple stripes inside. The plant has a compact rhizomatous habit (if that is not a contradiction). The leaf is medium green with a slightly rippled margin. It is dull on top and shiny on the underside. The leaves are lance-shaped with a rounded base. The plant has bright red petioles and the flower scape is dark red. The plant is an 'Emerald Carpet' hybrid. |
