'City Lights' is a large bright gold Florence Shaw hosta with a foliage mound which is 36 x 14". The lutescent leaves are cordate and flat (11 x 8"). It has bell-shaped white flowers which are fertile and bloom midseason on 38" bloom scapes. It came from her breeding work with 'Bengee' lines. The leaves have intense corrugation and good substance and can take a lot of sun.
