| 'Buckeye Blue' is from Hatfield and Ward (1997). The original clump was 10 years old and 60 x 22" with 26" scapes. The leaves are an intense blue-green with a slightly rippled margin. The leaf is dull both on top and underneath, very corrugated, and broadly ovate with a cordate base. The flowers are tubular, white and viable. The parentage of the plant is unknown. |
