This is a very big plant with a graceful drooping habit which does indeed give it elegance. The leaves are heavily textured and cordate. The white funnel-shaped flowers are fertile (early midseason bloom). Schmid describes its ancestry as (sieboldiana x 'FRW No. 382'). The plant was introduced by Shaw in 1986. Lots of shade and fertilizer help this one. The leaves are medium to dark green. Considered a specimen or border plant. It is more upright than moundlike.
