This 'Tokudama' x sieboldiana hybrid comes to us from Chuck Purtymun of Walden-West. Slugs avoid its wonderful texture and substance, while we applaud from the sidelines. The cupped and rugose leaves of this plant have a thick layer of wax (bloom) which creates a nice powder blue/gray color. This is a big one ! It has white tubular flowers in mid-summer.
